Sales Engineer

A Sales Engineer will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Effectively communicate and influence key decision makers and engineers
  • Provide existing and future customers with technical expertise in writing, and at times as a presentation, customized to an approach that matches the customer's knowledge base and experience
  • Ability to understand and resolve boiler room equipment problems
  • Estimate and quote projects
  • Perform engineering and design with new project orders
  • Team with the Purchasing Department to ensure project materials meet quoted specifications and budget
  • Monitor a project's progress and communicate status to customer

The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:

  • Bachelor's degree. Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred
  • Experience with commercial heating and boiler control systems required
  • Experience with steam and hot water required
  • 5-7 years of industry experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

Commercial Apprentice Plumber

A Plumbing Apprentice will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
  • The basic understanding of all phases of commercial plumbing.
  • Must be able to install and assemble, repair pipe, fittings and fixtures according to the specifications of the job.
  • The ability to work well with others and follow instructions from the lead foreman.

The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Must have all tools required to do job
  • Must have dependable transportation, be on time and dependable
  • Apprentice plumbing license
  • OSHA 10

Service Technician

A Service Technician will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair high efficiency gas and oil burners.
  • Test, diagnose and repair problems in the system and propose relevant solutions.
  • Install electric and pneumatic control systems.
  • Maintaining and cleaning oil burner systems and controls.
  • Verify correct operation of equipment related to heating and process boilers.

The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:

  • Oil burner license is required.
  • Electrical background is a plus.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Customer service skills.

Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean light oil & natural gas burner systems and controls. If you are familiar with one fuel but not the other, we will train you.
  • Prior experience with residential equipment. You will be trained on commercial/industrial applications.
  • Verify correct operation of equipment related to heating and process boilers.
  • Ensure proper running order of all systems.
  • Assemble or disassemble parts of light oil & natural gas burning equipment. Replace and rebuild faulty components.
  • Provide customers with technical product information and provide product training as needed.

The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:

  • Mass oil burner license required.
  • Pipefitter license desired.
  • Availability to work overtime and on call as required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in maintaining commercial/industrial gas/oil burners and equipment.
